Nice Lousa central cafe I've visited many times..with exterior seating..good atmosphere..friendly management. Under new management apparently..i spoke to the very friendly manager who spoke excellent English as he'd worked in the UK for some years and offered any assistance which i appreciated. I obviously will be returning.
